NOTIFICATION on the placement of interim reporting documents on the cadastral value of land of the water fund, forest fund, land of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan in the state cadastral valuation data fund, as well as on the procedure and deadlines for submitting comments to the draft report
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "On State Cadastral Valuation" and the order of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 26, 2018 No. 3137-p, the state cadastral assessment of water lands is currently being conducted in the Republic of Tatarstan fund, forest fund, lands of especially protected territories and objects.
Following the results of determining the cadastral value of land of the water fund, forest fund, land of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan, the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Valuation” (hereinafter – SBI CSCV) drafted an electronic document in the form of an electronic document.
On July 4, 2019 information and materials contained in the draft report, in the amount stipulated by the procedure for maintaining the state cadastral valuation data fund, are posted in the state cadastral valuation data fund on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Internet information and telecommunications network for sixty days.
These materials are available on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (https://rosreestr.ru) in the “Services” section - the subsection “Obtaining information from the State Cadastral Valuation Assessment Fund” - “Draft reports on the determination of cadastral value / projects reports on the results of the state cadastral valuation ".
Also, the draft report, including the annexes, is posted on the official website of the State Budget Institution “All-Russian State Unitary Enterprise” (http://cgko.tatarstan.ru) in the “Activities” section - subsection “Intermediate Reporting Documents”.
Comments on the draft report before August 22, 2019 can be submitted by any interested persons to the State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian State Production Association” in person, by mail or by e-mail in the form of an electronic document using the Internet information and telecommunications network. In addition, comments on the draft report can be submitted to any branch of the state budgetary institution “Multifunctional center for state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” (hereinafter - SBI “MFC”).
The day of submission of comments to the draft report is the day of its submission to the State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian State Unitary Enterprise” or the State Budgetary Institution “MFC”, the day indicated on the imprint of the calendar postmark of the delivery receipt (if sent by postal service), or the day of its submission using information and telecommunications the Internet.
A comment to the draft report along with a statement of its essence should contain:
1) the last name, first name and patronymic (last if applicable) of the individual, the full name of the legal entity, contact telephone number, email address (if available) of the person who submitted the comment to the draft report;
2) the cadastral number and / or address of the property, with respect to the determination of the cadastral value of which a remark is submitted to the draft report;
3) an indication of the page numbers of the draft report to which the remark is submitted (optional).
Documents confirming the presence of errors made in determining the cadastral value, as well as a declaration on the characteristics of the property, may be attached to the comments.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration are approved by Order No. 846 of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 “On Approving the Procedure for Considering the Declaration on the Characteristics of a Real Estate Object, including its Form”.
Acceptance of comments to the draft report is carried out:
