NOTICE of the state cadastral valuation of lands of industry and other special purposes of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On the State Cadastral Valuation”, pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 15, 201 No. 2202-p, in 2020, the state cadastral valuation of industrial and industrial lands will be conducted in the Republic of Tatarstan. other special purpose of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Preparation for the state cadastral assessment is carried out until January 1, 2020. As part of the preparatory stage for the state cadastral assessment in order to collect and process the information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Evaluation” (hereinafter referred to as State Budgetary Institution “CSCV”) accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the respective owners real estate.
To collect and process this information, the right holders of real estate objects have the right to submit to the State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian State Production Association” declarations on the characteristics of the respective real estate objects, including clarification of the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the valuation objects: type of permitted use, description of location, area, actual use, distance land, other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by Order No. 846 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated December 27, 2016 “On Approving the Procedure for Considering the Declaration on the Characteristics of a Real Estate Object, including its Form”.
Acceptance of declarations on the characteristics of real estate is carried out:
1) State Budgetary Institution “CSCV” located at the address: 420021, Kazan, ul. Parizhskoy Kommuny, d.
2) Branches of the state budgetary institution “Multifunctional center of state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (The list of branches of the state budgetary enterprise “MFC” is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the subsection “Notifications” of the section “Carrying out state cadastral assessment” of the section “ The results of the state cadastral evaluation "http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/rus/uvedomleniya.htm).
3) In the form of an electronic document (a scanned document with a personal signature) by e-mail of the State Budget Institution “All-Russian State Information Authority”: Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
