Dividends for 2018 paid to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in full
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 21, 2018 No. 88-ЗРТ “On the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019 and for the Planning Period 2020 and 2021”, dividends on shares owned by the Republic of Tatarstan shall be paid until September 1, 2019 of the year.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan as an authorized body for managing state-owned blocks of shares exercises control over the receipt of dividends on shares owned by the Republic of Tatarstan in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To date, dividends for 2018 have been paid to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in full. The total amount of revenues amounted to 113.15 million rubles. Decisions on the payment of dividends were adopted at annual general meetings of shareholders (participants) of 16 business entities with state participation.
