The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the standards of developers of general plans and land use and development plans

The meeting under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on the issues of bringing to a uniform standard the appearance, structure and content of text and graphic materials of the general plans of settlements and the rules for land use and development of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

Together with the developers of general plans and land use and development rules, Maxima LLC and Project Design Artel Angelika Melentyeva discussed the correct interpretation of the application to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation “Requirements for the description and display in territorial planning documents of objects of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local significance ". Also, the participants spoke about the use by developers of their own conventions when displaying objects of the general plan.

General plan developers use the information provided by local authorities and the Federal Service for State Registration, and this approach is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In order to update the information and verify the compliance of territorial planning documents with the modern requirements of urban planning legislation, developers were asked for information about the general plans and the land use and development plans that are in operation and the regulatory framework on the basis of which these documents are developed.
