The next meeting on the issues of bringing to a uniform standard the appearance, structure and content of text and graphic materials of the general plans of settlements and the rules for land use and development of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a regular meeting chaired by Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on the issues of bringing to a single standard the appearance, structure and content of text and graphic materials of general plans of settlements and the rules for land use and development of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Together with the developers of general plans and land use and development rules of municipalities of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” and “Geoconsulting” LLC, the authors discussed the correct interpretation of the application to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation “Requirements for the description and display in territorial planning documents of federal objects, regional objects, local objects ". Also, the participants spoke about the use by developers of their own conventions when displaying objects of the general plan.
