In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations for financial support (reimbursement) of costs associated with the organization and holding of seminars, conferences, forums, competitions, intellectual competitions and other events in the field of information technology, digital economy and (or) robotics , as well as those related to ensuring the participation of teams of the Republic of Tatarstan in these events, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 17, 2018 No. 499 (hereinafter referred as the Procedure) and by order of the Ministry of Land and Propertyof the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred as the Ministry) dated October 11, 2019 No. 533-pr, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations (except for state (municipal) ) institutions) is determined:

1) for the financial support of costs associated with ensuring the participation of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan in World Robot Olympiad 2019;

2) to reimburse the costs associated with ensuring the participation of teams of the Republic of Tatarstan in the World Robot Olympiad Friendship Invitational Tournament 2019, World Adolescent Robotics Competition 2019.

The filing of applications begins at 9 a.m. on October 21, 2019.

The application deadline is 18.00 hours on October 22, 2019.

The maximum amount of the subsidy for financial support of expenses is 1 393 000 (One million three hundred ninety three thousand) rubles.

Subsidies are granted to non-profit organizations (with the exception of state (municipal) institutions), which correspond to the following requirements on the first day of the month preceding the month in which the conclusion of the agreement on granting subsidies is planned (hereinafter - the agreement):

- do not have an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees;

- do not have overdue debts on the return to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of subsidies, budget investments provided, including in accordance with other legal acts, and other overdue debts to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- are not in the process of reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy.

The selection criteria for non-profit organizations to receive subsidies are:

- the implementation of the activities of a non-profit organization in the Republic of Tatarstan;

- the direction of the statutory activities of a non-profit organization for the development of information technology, the digital economy and (or) robotics.

To receive a subsidy, you must provide the Ministry with the following documents:

Application for subsidies (hereinafter referred to as the application) in the form approved by the Ministry;

Copies of constituent documents of a non-profit organization, as well as documents of all changes to them, certified by the head of the non-profit organization or other authorized person in the presence of duly executed powers (with a copy of the power of attorney drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation);

In the case of a subsidy for financial support of costs - an estimate of the costs of ensuring the participation of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan in World Robot Olympiad 2019;

In case of granting a reimbursement of expenses - copies of documents confirming the actual expenses incurred by a non-profit organization related to the costs of ensuring the participation of the teams of the Republic of Tatarstan in the World Robot Olympiad Friendship Invitational Tournament 2019, World Adolescent Robotics Competition 2019 (cost estimates, contracts and annexes to him, acts of work performed (services rendered), payment orders, as well as (if any) bills, invoices, receipts and expenditures, invoices, certified by the head of a non-profit organization for another authorized person in the presence of duly executed powers (with a copy of the power of attorney drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation);

A certificate from the tax authority confirming the absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance contributions, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which the conclusion is planned agreement;

A letter of guarantee signed by the head of a non-profit organization stating that there is no reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy procedure for the non-profit organization, as well as the absence of overdue debts on the return to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of subsidies, budget investments provided, including in accordance with other legal acts, and other overdue debts to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on the first day of the month preceding the month in which the conclusion of the agreement is planned;

Other documents relevant to the purpose of receiving the subsidy (attached at the initiative of a non-profit organization).

Based on the results of using the subsidy provided for financial support of expenses, a non-profit organization will have to fulfill the following performance indicators by submitting a report to the Ministry in the form established by the Ministry.

When reimbursing expenses, a subsidy to a non-profit organization is allocated if the following performance indicators are achieved, according to which a report should be submitted in the form established by the Ministry.

Within a five-day period, calculated in working days, from the day of receipt of applications, the Ministry reviews the submitted documents and makes a decision on granting a subsidy or on refusing to provide a subsidy.
