Regular meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of state civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest
The meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with the official conduct of public civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameyev On October 16, 2019.
The conclusions on the results of checking the compliance of expenses with the incomes of 2 state civil servants of the Ministry were examined, as well as a review of offenses and crimes of a corruption nature identified in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 - 2019 by the control and oversight and law enforcement agencies, prepared by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption issues politicians.
On the first and second issues, the Commission unanimously decided to recommend to the Minister to recognize that the information provided by the state civil servants of the Ministry is reliable and complete, and that the sources of funds from which the transactions were concluded are considered confirmed.
On the third issue, the Commission recommended strengthening control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the contract service of the Ministry. As well as when traveling as part of the Republican expert group on anti-corruption issues to municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to provide methodological assistance, pay special attention to providing extracts from household books.
