Today, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the results of the activities of small oil companies of the republic for 9 months of 2019 and tasks before the end of the year.
The work was attended by the General Director of PJSC TATNEFT Nail Maganov, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Shafagat Takhautdinov, heads of small oil companies, representatives of republican ministries and departments, federal structures.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that according to the results of the 3rd quarter of this year, the republic maintained positive oil production dynamics - the growth was 2.2% compared to the same period last year (the average growth in Russia was 1.9%). Over 9 months, Tatarstan produced 27 million 461 thousand tons of oil, which is 580 thousand tons more than a year earlier. Of these volumes, 22 million 107 thousand tons are accounted for by Tatneft, 5 million 353 thousand tons - to small oil companies.
“Small oil companies shipped products worth 122 billion rubles. Tax revenues from their activities at all budget levels amounted to 88 billion rubles - 11% of the total volume of tax and non-tax revenues mobilized on the territory of the republic, ”the President of the Republic of Tatarstan said.
He emphasized that due to the stable operation of the oil industry, the industrial production index in Tatarstan is 101.3%.
“The republic successfully implements more than 40 programs. Next year we plan to launch a number of new projects. In particular, within the framework of the “Our Yard” program, over 6 thousand households will be put in order in 3 years. Also planned are programs for the overhaul of hospitals, cultural, educational and sports facilities, ”added Rustam Minnikhanov.
