The Committee on Property of the Republic of Adygea informs about the sale of state property of the Republic of Adygea on the electronic platform on the universal trading platform of Sberbank-AST CJSC, in the trade section “Privatization, Lease and Sale of Rights”:

The location is relative to a landmark located within the boundaries of the site. Landmark address: Republic of Adygeya, Krasnogvardeisky district, Ulyap village, Shekultirovykh Brothers Street, 14.
The initial selling price of the property is 1,629,291 (one million six hundred twenty nine thousand two hundred ninety one) rubles (including VAT).
The magnitude of the increase in the initial price (“auction step”) is 81,464.55 (eighty-one thousand four hundred and sixty-four) rubles 55 kopecks.

The initial selling price of the property is 3,292,574 (three million two hundred ninety two thousand five hundred seventy four) rubles (including VAT).
The magnitude of the increase in the initial price (“auction step”) is 164,628.70 (one hundred sixty four thousand six hundred twenty eight) rubles 70 kopecks.
