On November 11. 2019 at the next meeting of the Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan (Union) chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov, the activities of the Committees and Councils for the year were reviewed. The effective work of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union, Monitoring Committees, and tariff policy was noted, it was proposed to continue work on forming a positive image of the Union on the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, to ensure the interaction of the profile Committee with similar structures of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation.
The Board approved the final program of events for the Appraiser’s Day on 11/27/2019 and related organizational issues. The event will begin with a plenary meeting in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, where a series of seminars and round tables on topical assessment issues will be held on the site of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The evening will conclude the meeting for the appraisal community and partners of the Union.
The Board approved the new composition of the Supervisory Council of the Union (available on the website of appraisers-rt.rf), consisting on a parity basis of heads of SROs of appraisers of Russia and heads of authorities and specialized organizations
In connection with the legislative changes under discussion in the assessment of the executive directorate, it was entrusted to inform the members of the Union of the position of the evaluation community and to invite to participate in public discussion of the bill on the state regulation website (until 11/28/2019).
It is recommended that the heads of regional branches of SROs of appraisers in the Republic of Tatarstan conduct monitoring of SRO members to decide on the organization of a qualification exam in Kazan in September-November 2020.
At the end of the meeting, by unanimous decision of the Board, the Cerebro limited liability company was accepted as a member of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan non-profit partnership.
