The list of real estate objects for which the tax base is defined as the cadastral value for 2020 is approved

Pursuant to Article 378.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1.1. The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 28, 2003 No. 49-ZRT “On the tax on property of organizations” a list of real estate objects for which the tax base is defined as the cadastral value, for 2020 is approved by order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 25, 2019 No. 3711-r.

The list is posted on the Ministry’s website in the subsection “List of real estate for 2020” of the section “Real estate objects whose tax base is defined as cadastral value” (http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/eng/perechen-obektov-nedvizhimosti-na-2020 -god.htm).
