Issues on calculating the cost of placing communications discussed
Today, a meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the consideration of the draft Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic Tatarstan “On approval of the Methodology for calculating payment for the placement of communication facilities, communication networks and electronic equipment at facilities that are I state and municipal property" was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The proposal of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan on the development of a unified approach to calculating the rent for the placement of cellular communications equipment at state and municipal property is considered. In addition, the experience of Moscow and the Moscow region in providing premises for the placement of base cellular stations was studied. The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan made recommendations on the proposed methodology. During the meeting, it was decided to conduct an additional analysis of this market segment in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
