Meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption
On December 12, 2019, the regular meeting of the Commission on Combating Corruption under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin,.
The following issues were considered at the Commission meeting: on the verification of compliance by state civil servants of the Ministry and applicants for filling civil service posts with requirements for official conduct for participation in entrepreneurial activity using the databases of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation “The Unified State Register of Legal Entities” and “Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs”; on the activities of the Ministry’s Commission on compliance with the official conduct of public civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest; on approval and subsequent execution of the annual work plan of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption; on the results of a study of corruptogenic factors and ongoing anti-corruption measures in the Ministry; on the implementation in 2019 of the program of the Ministry for the implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2022; the status of work on anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts; on the results of visits with representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Republican expert group on anti-corruption in the municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019; on the results of the analysis of circumstances that have become the subject of a response by law enforcement agencies and control and oversight bodies; on consideration of the information and analytical material “Monitoring the performance of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of federal authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan, local governments of municipal districts and city districts for the implementation of anti-corruption measures in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018 and the first half of 2019” prepared by the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on socio-economic monitoring.
