The issue of transferring state and municipal property to federal property for inclusion in the authorized capital of Russian Post
In accordance with the instructions of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V. Pesoshin to study the issue of transferring state and municipal property to federal property for making this property as an additional contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the Russian Post meeting with the participation of representatives of Russian Post JSC and 45 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held by the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the regime a videoconferencing.
The meeting discussed problematic issues on the implementation of the Federal Law of June 29, 2018 No. 171-ФЗ “On the Peculiarities of the Reorganization of the Russian State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post”, the Fundamentals of the Activities of the Russian Post and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”.
Based on the results of the discussion of issues, a decision was made to 19 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan before December 31, 2019 to submit an official opinion on transferring municipal property to federal property (object-by-object) at the Tatarstan Pochtasy UFPS - a branch of JSC, prepare extracts from the Register of Municipal Property on premises occupied by Russian Post JSC.
