Changes were made to the list of real estate objects for which the tax base is defined as the cadastral value for 2020

The list of real estate objects for which the tax base is defined as the cadastral value for 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the List), approved by the order of the Ministry of 25.11 .2019 No. 3711-r, supplemented by paragraphs 425-447 by order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) dated December 27, 2019 No. 4168-p.

The list is posted on the Ministry’s website in the subsection “List of real estate for 2020” of the section “Real estate objects whose tax base is defined as cadastral value” (http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/eng/perechen-obektov-nedvizhimosti-na-2020 -god.htm).
