State Budgetary Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” has begun conducting the state cadastral valuation of industrial and other special purpose lands of the Republic of Tatarstan
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ On the State Cadastral Assessment, pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 15, 2019 No. 2202-r of the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment conducting the state cadastral valuation of industrial lands and other special purposes of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2019, the State Budgetary Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” took measures to prepare for the state cadastral valuation. As part of the preparatory phase, State Budgetary Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” received 27 declarations on the characteristics of land plots from industrial and other special purpose lands.
