Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov participated in a workshop on the establishment and coordination of the border of the Udmurt Republic adjacent to the Republic of Tatarstan in Izhevsk

On February 11, 2020, at the site of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Udmurt Republic, a working meeting on the establishment and coordination of the border of the Udmurt Republic adjacent to the Republic of Tatarstan, initiated by the ministries of property relations of both entities, was held with the participation of representatives of federal, regional government bodies and local authorities.

The indicated work is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the procedures for the provision of state-owned (federal, regional) and municipal land plots and the registration of real estate objects with state cadastral records. The existence of border information in the United state register of real estate contributes to the efficient management of land resources and real estate, the planning of budget revenues at all levels in terms of land payments, as well as the stimulation of investment processes and regional economies.

Improving the procedures for the provision of land and state cadastral registration of real estate is an integral part of the tasks of ensuring the sustainability of the socio-economic development of regions, solving social, economic and environmental problems, improving the quality of life, improving the investment climate and promoting regional development.

The supreme executive bodies of state power of the Udmurt Republic and the Republic of Tatarstan are planning to conclude an agreement on the description of the border between the entities in 2020.
