The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted Order of February 21, 2020 No. 105-пр, “On Approving the Administrative Regulation for the Provision of State Services for Concluding an Agreement on the Establishment of an Easement for Land Plots (Parts of Land Plots) owned by the Republic of Tatarstan”.
