Azat Hamaev took part in the Christmas summit – 2012

       On December 17 in State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company of "KORSTON" passed event in Kazan real estate sphere - the Christmas summit – 2012. It was a traditional meeting of key players of real estate market at which the results of the expiring year were announced, tendencies were defined and forecasts of branch development were given.

       Guild of Managing Directors and Developers (GMDD)– is the leading public association of managing directors and the developer companies of Russia and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries. Today the GMDD non-profit partnership unites more than 350 developer and management companies in more than 40 cities of Russia. The association has partners in CIS countries, the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Israel. Main objective of the GMDD is to provide stable growth of Russia real estate market and create favourable conditions for increase of managing directors and the developer companies’ professionalism.

       Heads of key developer, construction, investment companies, representatives of public authorities and bank structures became participants of the event.

       Plenary session of the Christmas summit – 2012 was opened by Azat Hamayev, Minister of the Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       In his report he underlined that annual "Christmas summit" is necessary for some regular "time check" and that public authorities need to keep abreast of all tendencies in the real estate market to form optimal conditions for development of business and comfort of inhabitants of the Republic at administrative level.

       In conclusion of his speech Azat Hamayev pointed out that the today’s work accomplished within the summit is to be carefully studied by executive branch of the authority of the Republic and the best offers are to become the guide to action during the organization of profile ministries and departments work. Expecting New Year 2013 Minister wished successes in all undertakings to all participants of the summit.
