“One percent” microloan for entrepreneurs of the republic

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide financial assistance to small and medium enterprises in the form of a microloan at 1%. The loan is available for small and medium etnerprises from industries that were not previously covered by federal and republican measures and were not included in the list of the most affected sectors. Support will be provided, first of all, to entrepreneurs engaged in the real sector of the economy and will begin to be implemented from April 27.

The loan amount will be from 100 thousand to 2 million rubles for a period of up to 2 years. The preferential rate will be valid for the first 6 months, after which the rate will be increased, depending on the further economic situation. For those entrepreneurs who will ensure that employment remains at least 90% of the number relative to March 2020, the interest rate for the remaining period will be half the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in other cases - in the amount of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the date of conclusion of the contract .

The lending mechanism also provides for the possibility of deferring the payment of principal debt for up to 6 months. The main criterion for the provision of a microloan will be a decrease in revenue by 30% compared to the average monthly revenue of 2019.

For the safety of entrepreneurs and to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection, access to a microloan has been simplified through the FASTTREC portal developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
