The training took place from 11/19/2019 to 05/26/2020 in the format of lectures and practical exercises;
The training program included:
- More than 20 practical cases;
- practical work in special software.
The relevance of the passage of this program is due to changes in the legal regulation of the institution of state cadastral valuation and the need for continuous training of employees of the institution.
The result of the training is the acquisition of knowledge and skills in such areas as:
- determination of the cadastral value of land plots;
- determination of the cadastral value of capital construction projects;
- preparatory work for determining the cadastral value of real estate;
- quality control of the results of cadastral valuation;
- organization of the process of determining the cadastral value and control of the activities of workers in a structural unit or organization;
- leadership of a group of specialists in determining the cadastral value of land plots and capital construction projects;
- consulting support of cadastral valuation;
- other knowledge and skills necessary for determining the cadastral value as part of the cadastral valuation.
