The results of the meeting of the Expert Advisory Council of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
The regular meeting of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan (Union) was held in videoconference mode. Requests for reviewing the quality of reports and the formation of expert opinions of the Chambers of land and property of the Arsky, Aznakaevskyy, Mamadyshskyy, Chistopolsky, Pestrechinsky districts, courts, law enforcement agencies and individuals were considered.
The decisions taken are approved in the form of professional opinions and will be sent to customers. According to reports made by members of the Union, free consultation support and revision will be provided (if necessary).
At the suggestions of the chairman and members of the Council, the directorate of the Union was also instructed to bring to the attention of customers the mandatory requirements for the preparation of technical specifications for the assessment and the provision of an appraiser's extract from the United state register of real estate on the current date.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the meeting by the head of the valuation department Larisa Shvetsova.
