A regular meeting on the maintenance and protection of cemeteries was held by videoconference
The videoconference on the maintenance and protection of cemeteries, as well as the registration of lands on which burial sites are located was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Association "Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan" and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the instruction of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, local authorities were instructed to formalize and bring into the appropriate category plots for cemeteries /
There are 3,668 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which:
- issued - 3,179;
- partially completed - 96;
- not executed - 393.
Most of the cemeteries are located on agricultural land.
In order to bring the use of such lands in accordance with the legislation, it is necessary:
- to carry out cadastral works on land surveying, formation and cadastral registration of land plots provided for the placement of cemeteries as industrial land and other special purposes;
- to carry out the transfer of the category of the land plot into industrial and other special purpose lands.
For the period from 01.01.2020 to 30.06.2020 more than 700 plots were transferred from the category of agricultural land to the category of industrial land by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the present, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan is considering cases on the transfer of 20 plots, in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - on the transfer of 55 plots to the category of industrial lands.
Draft decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on transfer from one category to another have been prepared for 12 sites. In connection with the identification of comments on 43 sections, it is necessary to revise the submitted documents by local authorities, on 71 - under consideration.
At the meeting in the videoconference mode speeches were heard by representatives of Aznakaevsky, Atninsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Zelenodolsky districts, which are lagging behind the pace of registration of land plots under cemeteries.
