The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the progress of work on providing large families with land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan at a republican meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan

The meeting was held by videoconference with all municipal districts by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Today 57 thousand families with many children are included in the lists, 36 thousand of which are provided with land plots, which is 66.7%.

As the minister said, the norms for the provision of plots were approved by local authorities - from 6 to 20 acres. In Kazan - 6 acres for a family of 3 children plus 1 acres for each subsequent child. The average figure for the Republic is 11 acres.

In the previous 2019, more than 2,600 plots were provided, this year - 1,561 plots, more than 20,000 plots remain to be provided. Taking into account the available land plots, the deficit in the republic today is almost 17 thousand.

Fanil Agliullin in his speech noted that 11 municipal districts, which have already met the value of the 2020 indicator by 100 percent. These are Agryzsky, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Mamadyshsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Spassky, Cheremshansky, Yutazinsky districts. In 17 districts this figure is more than 90%.

The Minister separately dwelt on the situation in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, where the total deficit of land plots is 11 thousand. In Kazan, the deficit of land plots is 6,829.

Municipal areas in the village Sokury and the village Kaymary are fully developed. 83 municipal areas are free. The Kazan Executive Committee is considering the issue of building compaction with a change in the layout in the Sokury settlement. Due to this event, it is planned to put more than 100 additional plots on the cadastral register.

Work continues on the development of federal areas. The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan made decisions to provide 1,195 plots of the 2,360 formed federal plots.

There are 1,165 plots in the reserve, their distribution among large families of Kazan is carried out in accordance with the sequence and within the framework of a special sanitary regime.

The first stage of work on new federal land tracts (963 hectares) in the Vysokogorsky district has been completed. The Ministry has put on the cadastral register 4 massives with a total area of 962 hectares near the settlements of Dachnoe, Yash-Kech, Kaymary.

Fanil Agliullin stressed that an equally important stage of work begins. For the purpose of an integrated approach to the involvement of the massifs in the turnover, it is necessary to carry out a number of parallel measures: to approve the General Plan, prepare a topographic survey of the sites, develop a project for the planning and land surveying of the territory, in which it is important to take into account and organize the subsequent comfortable living of people, to register the formed sites on the cadastral record, taking into account the protected zones and the forest fund, and also to approve the Program for the integrated development of the communal infrastructure systems of the dacha rural settlement.

The head of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the executive committees of Kazan and the Vysokogorsky municipal districts to work together to provide these arrays to large families in a short time.

Concluding the report, Fanil Agliullin emphasized that the issue of creating the engineering and communal infrastructure of the allocated areas remains acute. He noted that the issues of providing the sites with utilities and engineering and social infrastructure must be addressed in a comprehensive manner with all sectoral ministries, departments and local governments.
