The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the adoption of the Law on changing the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", together with the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, prepared draft laws on changing the boundaries of territories of individual municipalities and amending the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the boundaries of the territory and the status of formation of the city of Kazan "," On the establishment of the boundaries of the territories and the status of the municipal formation "Laishevsky municipal district" and municipal formations in its composition. "
In accordance with the Legislation, public hearings were held in the Kazan and Laishevskoye municipalities, in the Matyushenskoye rural settlement, where this draft of law was approved.
Today the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic on state building and local self-government took place, with participation of the acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov, acting Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Insaf Shakirov was held. The participants, having considered the draft Law, decided to submit it for consideration by the deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan.
Also today, during the eleventh meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation, the deputy head of the municipal formation of the city of Kazan Lyudmila Andreeva initiated the adoption of the draft Law on changing the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities. She said that the site, which passes into the municipal formation of the city of Kazan, consists of 6 land plots free from population. She also noted that the development of the Dynamo sports complex is planned at this site. The deputies, having considered the appeal, adopted it in the first, and after revision in the second and third reading.
The draft laws include schematic maps and a detailed description of the boundaries of municipalities.
