At the meeting on July 20, 2020, comments on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the approval of the procedure for conducting an inventory of state property and involving it in economic circulation were considered. The draft resolution passed interdepartmental approval, was submitted for consideration to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan with comments from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Budgetary Institution Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
No comments were received from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The procedure approves the mechanism for the inventory of the property treasury, as well as state property, enshrined in the right of economic management or operational management of state enterprises, authorities and institutions, defines the tasks and objectives of the inventory, lists the ways of involving unused real estate objects in the economic turnover.
