Fanil Agliullin held a regular meeting on the issue of payments by legal entities for the use of land plots
The Tax Code of the Russian Federation for the tax period of 2020 and subsequent tax periods canceled the filing of land tax declarations by legal entities.
Land plots used by legal entities and not registered in the USRN, which were previously reflected in the declarations, will not be taken into account for tax purposes, which may lead to a drop in local budget revenues.
At present, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, is working to collect and analyze information on land plots that fall out of the list of taxable objects.
To organize this work, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, held a videoconferencing meeting on July 20, 2020 and considered problematic issues that arise during the above events.
