Meeting on the development of proposals for measures aimed at increasing the position of the Republic of Tatarstan in the National rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
07/21/2020 Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev held a videoconference meeting on the development of proposals for measures aimed at improving the position of the Republic of Tatarstan in the National rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation at the end of 2019 (hereinafter - the National rating ). The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, the criteria for assessing the indicator G3.3 "Evaluation of the procedures for obtaining rental space provided by the region to small businesses" and proposals for increasing this indicator were considered.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to study the experience of other regions that demonstrated the best results of the G3.3 indicator, and proposals were also made to improve the criteria "Accessibility of participation" and "Convenience of organizing procedures" by amending federal legislation in terms of obtaining a single an electronic signature certificate, with the help of which entrepreneurs could apply to the tax authorities, Rosreestr, FSS, participate in auctions, competitions, etc.
