NOTICE of the placement of interim reporting documents on the determination of the cadastral value of industrial and other special purpose lands of the Republic of Tatarstan in the data fund of the state cadastral valuation, as well as the procedure and timing for submitting comments to the draft report
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ "On State Cadastral Valuation" and the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 15, 2019 No. 2202-r, a state cadastral assessment of industrial land and other special purposes is currently being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Based on the results of determining the cadastral value of industrial and other special purpose lands of the Republic of Tatarstan, the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment compiled a draft report in the form of an electronic document.
07/02/2020 information and materials contained in the draft report, to the extent stipulated by the procedure for maintaining the data fund of the state cadastral valuation, are posted in the data fund of the state cadastral valuation on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" for sixty days.
These materials are posted on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (https://rosreestr.ru) in the section "Services" - subsection "Obtaining information from the State Cadastral Valuation Data Fund" - "Draft reports on the determination of the cadastral value / projects reports on the results of the state cadastral assessment ”.
Also, the draft report, including appendices, is posted on the official website of the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment (http://cgko.tatarstan.ru) in the “Activity” section - subsection “Interim reporting documents”.
Comments on the draft report by August 20, 2020 can be submitted by any interested persons to the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment in person, by mail or by e-mail in the form of an electronic document using the information and telecommunication network “Internet”. In addition, comments on the draft report can be submitted to any branch of the state budgetary institution Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The day of submission of a comment to the draft report is the day of its submission to the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment or the Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan, the day indicated on the imprint of the calendar postmark of the receipt notification (if sent by mail), or the day of its submission using information and telecommunications the Internet.
A comment to the draft report, along with a statement of its essence, should contain:
1) last name, first name and patronymic (last name, if any) of an individual, full name of the legal entity, contact phone number, e-mail address (if any) of the person who submitted a comment to the draft report;
2) the cadastral number and (or) address of the real estate object, in relation to the determination of the cadastral value of which a comment is submitted to the draft report;
3) an indication of the page numbers of the draft report to which the comment is submitted (optional).
The comments can be accompanied by documents confirming the existence of errors in determining the cadastral value, as well as a declaration on the characteristics of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 No. 846 "On approval of the procedure for considering the declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form."
