The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ "On state cadastral valuation" in pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 21, 2020 No. 2221-r, in 2021, a state cadastral assessment of land plots of the land category of the settlements located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Preparations for the state cadastral assessment are carried out until January 1, 2021. As part of the preparatory stage of the state cadastral appraisal in order to collect and process the information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the rightholders of the respective real estate objects ...
To collect and process this information, the rightholders of real estate objects have the right to submit to the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment declarations on the characteristics of the relevant real estate objects, including clarifying the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the objects of assessment: the type of permitted use, description of the location, area, actual use, remoteness land plot, other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated December 27, 2016 No. 846 "On approval of the procedure for considering the declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form."
Reception of declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects is carried out by:
1) state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskaya Kommuna street, 8 (entrance from the corner of the building, reception area of Bureau of technical inventory PJSC);
2) branches of the State Budgetary Institution "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (the list of branches of the State Budgetary Institutions is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the "Notifications" subsection of the "State cadastral valuation" subsection of the " Results of the state cadastral assessment "http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/rus/uvedomleniya.htm);
3) in the form of an electronic document (scanned document with a personal signature) by e-mail state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Assessment: Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
