NOTICE about the state cadastral appraisal of land plots of the category of land of settlements located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ On state cadastral appraisal, in pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 21, 2020 No. 2221-r, on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, a state cadastral appraisal of land plots of category of land of settlements located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be carried out in 2021.
Preparations for the state cadastral appraisal are carried out until January 1, 2021. As part of the preparatory stage of the state cadastral appraisal in order to collect and process information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution "Center of State Cadastral Appraisal" (hereinafter - SBI CSCA) accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the rightholders of the respective real estate objects ...
To collect and process this information, the rightholders of real estate objects have the right to submit declarations on the characteristics of the relevant real estate objects to the State Budgetary Institution SBI CSCA, including clarifying the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the objects of assessment: the type of permitted use, description of the location, area, actual use, remoteness land plot, other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated June 4, 2019 No. 318 On approval of the procedure for considering the declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form.
Reception of declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects is carried out by:
1) SBI CSCA, located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskaya Kommuna str., 8 (entrance from the corner of the building, document reception area of Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC );
2) branches of the State Budgetary Institution "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" located in the Republic of Tatarstan (The list of branches of Multifunctional Centers is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the "Notifications" subsection of the "State cadastral valuation" subsection of the " Results of the state cadastral appraisal "http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/rus/uvedomleniya.htm);
3) in the form of an electronic document (the appeal must be certified by a strengthened qualified electronic signature) by e-mail of the SBI CSCA: Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
