On August 11, 2020, the videoconference (ZOOM) meeting on the inventory of biothermal pits and anthrax cattle burial grounds was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.
At the meeting, the issues of the formation of land plots and the design of protective zones under the specified objects owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the problems of ownerless anthrax cattle burial grounds and biothermal pits were considered.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation instructed the subjects of the need for an inventory of these facilities. It was noted at the meeting that this work has already been carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2019, together with the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, 103 ownerless objects were identified. This issue is today in the center of attention of all relevant services of the republic.
