On August 20, 2020, the period for accepting comments to the draft report No. 1-2020-PROM On the determination of the cadastral value of industrial and other special purpose lands of the Republic of Tatarstan as of January 1, 2020, provided for in clause 15 of Article 14 of the Federal Law of 03.07. 2016 No. 237-ФЗ On state cadastral appraisal, during which all interested parties could familiarize themselves with the interim reporting documents and provide comments to them.

As of the expiry date of the deadline for accepting comments to the draft report, 17 comments were received from stakeholders, 1 comment was taken into account, 16 comments were not taken into account. A reference containing information on all considered and unaccounted comments to intermediate reporting documents with the justification for their registration or refusal to register them is posted on the website of the Center of State cadastral appraisal in the section "Activities", subsection "Interim reporting documents".

The final stage of checking the report is receiving from the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) a notification of the absence of violations of the requirements for the report, after which the authorized body of the subject (the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan) approves the results of determining the cadastral value contained in the report by accepting the corresponding act on the approval of the results of determining the cadastral value.

The approved results of the cadastral value of land plots of the category of industrial land and other special purposes will be applied for the purposes stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, from January 1 of the year following the year of entry into force of the act on the approval of the results of determining the cadastral value.
