Fanil Agliullin held a meeting on the issue of registration of land plots that fall out of the list of objects of taxation
The videoconference with the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of making payments for the use of land plots by legal entities was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin.
The Tax Code of the Russian Federation for the tax period of 2020 and subsequent tax periods canceled the filing of land tax declarations by legal entities.
Land plots used by legal entities and not registered in the United state register of real estate, which were previously reflected in the declarations, will not be taken into account for tax purposes, which may lead to the emergence of shortfalls in local budget revenues.
The meeting also considered the activities carried out by municipal districts and emerging problematic issues.
