Inspections on the effective use and safety of state property were carried out

In September 2020, a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out inspections of 4 premises located in Kazan, which are leased to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.

According to the results of inspections, inappropriate and illegal use of state property was not revealed. In the rented premises, the terms of the lease are respected and the rent is paid on time.
