On the inventory of capital construction objects and land plots in order to increase the tax base
The videoconference meeting with the participation of Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of inventory of capital construction objects and land plots for the purpose of increasing the tax base was held In the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of the Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov.
At present, local authorities continue to collect information on real estate objects with unregistered rights. Based on the results of the analysis of the information provided by the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, we can conclude about the prevailing situations due to which there are no rights to real estate in the united state register of real estate:
- ownerless, abandoned real estate objects;
- objects that have previously arisen rights;
- objects at the stage of registration of rights;
- real estate objects that are in the use of citizens who do not draw up documents for no apparent reason;
- land plots under federal, regional or municipal property and others.
In the future, according to the results of the completed walk-through for each group, a decision should be made aimed at registering the rights of real estate objects.
