Inspections on the effective use and safety of state property were carried out
In September 2020, the State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury conducted 9 inspections of the effective use and safety of state property, enshrined in the operational management of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the inspections, the following shortcomings were revealed:
1. There is no registration of ownership of 6 non-residential premises.
2. The right of operational management for 7 real estate objects located in the Almetyevsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan has not been formalized.
3. Institutions do not use non-residential premises with a total area of 100.6 square meters located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Tyulyachinsky district, Tyulyachi village and a building with a total area of 540.5 square meters located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsky municipal district.
Based on the results, acts of inspections of state institutions were drawn up. Reports of state institutions on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
