Signs of non-use of agricultural land plots for their intended purpose or use in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation were approved
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1482 approved signs of non-use of land plots from agricultural lands for their intended purpose or use in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In the list of such signs, in particular:
- the presence of weeds on 50 and more percent of the land area;
- the presence on the land plot of buildings that have signs of unauthorized people;
- contamination of a land plot with chemical substances, including radioactive ones, industrial wastes classified in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to I and II hazard classes;
- littering of the land plot with other items not related to agriculture, by 20 or more percent of the land plot area;
- the presence on the land plot, on which the planting of agricultural crops, strong weed infestation: for juvenile weeds per 1 m 2, more than 250 pieces; for perennial, quarantine weeds on 1 m 2 over 8 pieces.
Also, the above decree invalidated the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 23, 2012 No. 369 "On signs of non-use of land plots, taking into account the specifics of agricultural production or other activities related to agricultural production in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation."
