Fanil Agliullin took part in the work of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT PJSC
Today the meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT PJSC named after V.D. Shashin under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The event took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan).
The meeting reviewed the results of the company's budget execution for eight months of 2020, approved the budget for October and the fourth quarter of this year.
The meeting participants got acquainted with the progress of the project of the petrochemical complex of TATNEFT PJSC. The Board of Directors approved the updated programs for the further development of the petrochemical complex. During the implementation of the project, special attention is paid to environmental safety: in addition to the use of the best available technologies, projects are considered that radically improve the environmental friendliness of production.
The meeting participants heard information about the modernization of Nizhnekamsk combined heat and power plant aimed at using new technologies in the energy sector and expanding the heat sales market. Currently, three key projects are being implemented: construction of an overpass with technological pipelines for supplying heat and hot water to the TATNEFT tire complex; reconstruction of installed power boilers, as well as construction of a gas turbine unit under the DPM-Shtrikh program. The listed projects will increase the load of the combined heat and power plant equipment and ensure optimal operation.
The meeting discussed issues of integration into the Company's activities of the fifteenth UN goal, aimed at protecting and restoring terrestrial ecosystems and promoting their rational use. As part of this work, TATNEFT is creating a register of economically profitable technologies to reduce the occupied land and forest plots under oil production facilities and restore the biodiversity of ecosystems. An important role is given to the modernization of the reservoir pressure maintenance system, which makes it possible to reduce the specific consumption of electrical energy. The use of wastewater from urban wastewater treatment plants will reduce the consumption of fresh water. The use of plastic pipes will eliminate the use of corrosion inhibitors and increase the service life of the water lines.
Due to purposeful work, the level of useful use of associated petroleum gas in the Company exceeds 96%. This indicator is planned to be increased to 98% due to the implementation of technological solutions, including overhaul and expansion of the gas collection system from oil production facilities; construction of additional facilities for the use of petroleum products, as well as technical re-equipment and modernization of production.
Together with other companies, TATNEFT is introducing environmentally friendly technologies to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
The Board of Directors decided to take into account the impact of projects on the conservation of terrestrial ecosystems when assessing the effectiveness of the Company's investment projects.
The meeting participants heard information about external challenges, risks and opportunities that form the external environment of the TATNEFT Group business. This topic is regularly reviewed by the company's board, the findings are taken into account in operating activities and in the development of strategic initiatives. To ensure timely informing the members of the Board of Directors about the risks of changing the dominant trends, the strategic planning and development unit, together with the company's business divisions, continuously monitors the state of the markets.
Also at the meeting, the award was presented to the Deputy General Director for Strategic Development Nurislam Syubaev. By the decision of the administration and the trade union committee of PJSC TATNEFT for many years of fruitful work and great contribution to the development of the oil industry, N.Z. Syubaev was awarded the title of Honorary Oilman of TATNEFT PJSC.
