The meeting on the inventory of real estate objects for which there are no registered rights was held

The Ministry held the meeting with the participation of representatives of the republic's municipalities on the issue of inventory of real estate objects for which there are no registered rights.

To date, in order to establish the reasons for the absence of information on rights in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, 70% of real estate objects have been examined. The survey has been completed in eleven municipal districts, and work has begun on registering rights to objects. For the remaining municipalities, work schedules have been determined for the survey of real estate objects, the completion of which is planned by January 1, 2021.
