The effectiveness of the use and safety of state property was inspected
In October 2020, the state budgetary institution Republican Property Treasury carried out an audit of the efficiency of use and safety of state property, enshrined in the operational management of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The inspections revealed the following shortcomings:
1. There is no title to 6 real estate objects located in the city of Bavly.
2. The right of operational management for 3 real estate objects located in the Sarmanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan has not been formalized.
3. State institutions do not use a stable building with a total area of 19.6 square meters and 3 units of movable property located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Bavly, Ostrovsky street, 3.
Based on the results, acts of inspections of state institutions were drawn up. The reports of institutions on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
