Changes have been made to the results of the cadastral appraisal of capital construction objects

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted an order dated September 3, 2020 No. 2536-r, amending the results of the state cadastral appraisal of capital construction projects in relation to real estate, the cadastral value of which was revised by the Commission under the Management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan on basis of unreliability of the information used in the state cadastral valuation. This order was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on September 25, 2020.
