About the progress of work on entering information on the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified State Register of Real Estate
On November 3, 2020 a videoconference meeting on the organization of the implementation of schedules for entering information on the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified State Register of Real Estate held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov.
Within the framework of the meeting, methodological recommendations on the procedure for actions of local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan in the development (adjustment) and approval of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as when entering information on the boundaries of settlements into the Unified State Register of Real Estate were considered.
In addition, the form of technical specifications was considered, on the basis of which master plans and rules for land use and development are developed.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
