The Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan develops documents for urban planning zoning for rural settlements of the Sabinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

The State Budgetary Institution Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan considered draft rules for land use and development of rural settlements in the Sabinsky municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting with the participation of representatives of the Executive Committee of Sabinsky municipal District was chaired by the Director of the Fund Ruslan Komarov.

The participants discussed 19 draft rules for land use and development of rural settlements, including the village of Bogatye Saby, developed by the Fund. The purpose of the meeting was to agree on the boundaries of the territorial zones of rural settlements in accordance with the approved master plans, taking into account the recommendations of the district. As a result of the meeting, all controversial issues on the land use and development rules developed by the Fund have been resolved and public hearings will be announced in the near future.

The discussion was attended by Ruslan Komarov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Land Management Design of the Fund Leonid Epiktetov, Head of the Department of Territorial Design of the Fund Vladimir Kandalintsev, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee for Investment Development and Entrepreneurship Support - Head of the Department for Investment Development and Support of Entrepreneurship of the Sabinsky Municipal District Ilnur Kutdusov, Chairman of the Chamber of Property and Land Affairs of the Executive Committee of the Sabinsky Municipal District Alim Galiullin, Deputy Head of the Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Committee of the Sabinsky Municipal District Elmir Ramazanov.
