Specialists of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a webinar on "Innovations in legislation in the field of property and land affairs"
On November 26, 2020, a webinar was held on the topic “Innovations in legislation in the field of property and land affairs”, during which the speakers touched upon issues of state cadastral valuation, changes that occurred in connection with the adoption of Federal Law No. 269-FZ of July 31, 2020 into separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation ”.
This act amended the Federal Law On State Cadastral Valuation and the Federal Law "On Valuation Activity". The powers of the Federal Cadastral Chamber have been legislatively expanded. It was established that the existing procedure for challenging the cadastral value from January 1, 2023 will be transformed. They also touched upon the implementation of the new functions of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, transferred from the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. An overview of the federal information resources of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation, as well as legal acts adopted by federal bodies, including the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 12, 2020 No. 2645 on the approval of the methodology for determining the criteria for the optimal composition of state and municipal property and indicators of management efficiency and it’s disposal were given.
