The issue of developing a mechanism for the transfer of block-modular buildings built by the State Institution Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, Artur Galiev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting on the development of a mechanism for the transfer of block-modular buildings built by the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was also attended by specialists from the Ministry, representatives of the Office of the Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the legal issues arising from the transfer of modular buildings.
