The government has expanded the list of objects for the construction or reconstruction of which you do not need to obtain a building permit
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 12, 2020 No. 1816 approved a new List of cases in which a construction permit is not required for the construction, reconstruction of a capital construction facility. Such cases, in particular, include the construction, reconstruction of water pipelines and water pipelines with a diameter of up to 500 mm, linear drainage structures with a diameter of up to 1000 mm, roads of IV and V categories, local streets, local roads, passages of the street and road network of rural settlements, pedestrian streets and city squares, park roads, driveways, cycle paths, as well as construction, reconstruction of a number of other objects.
The list of cases in which the preparation of documentation for the planning of the territory is not required for the construction, reconstruction of a linear facility has also been updated
In addition, the list of types of objects, the placement of which can be carried out on lands or land plots in state or municipal ownership, without providing land plots and establishing easements, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1300 dated December 3, 2014, has been adjusted. in particular, such objects are classified as:
sites for the placement of construction equipment and construction goods, if the construction organization project provides for their placement outside the boundaries of the site on which construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility is planned and (or) carried out, as well as non-capital structures designed to meet the needs of the developer (mobile household towns, sales offices);
tents and stalls placed to organize seasonal fairs where food and agricultural products are sold.
