Today, within the framework of providing methodological assistance to the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the conference hall of the Educational and Methodological Center of the federal antimonopoly service of Russia, another training seminar for specialists in the field of property and land affairs began its work on the topic: “Innovations of land and related legislation in November - December 2020. Practical aspects of the application of current legislation. Explanations of the content of real bills of land and related legislation to be adopted soon ”. The seminar was opened by Fanil Agliullin, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Minister, introducing the lecturer Aleksey Valerievich Mazurov to the participants of the seminar, noted that most of those present took part with great interest in the seminar of Aleksey Valerievich in November, and stressed that this seminar would be no less useful. He wished the participants of the seminar active and productive work.
During the seminar, the lecturer spoke about innovations in land and related legislation adopted in November - December 2020, including a new "dacha amnesty", gave explanations on bills on amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation, to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law "On State Registration of Real Estate" and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the field of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights ", as well as on the government plan to improve the legal regulation of land relations. In the second part of the seminar, in the “round table” mode, the specialists of the ministry will answer the questions sent in advance by the participants.
