Until March 1, 2026, the simplified procedure for registering rights to garden houses and individual housing has been extended
Federal Law No. 404-ФЗ dated December 8, 2020 "On Amendments to Article 70 of the Federal Law" On State Registration of Real Estate "and Article 16 of the Federal Law" On Amendments to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation "(hereinafter - Federal Law) until March 1, 2026, the period for the implementation of state registration by citizens in a simplified manner (based only on the technical plan and the title document for the land plot) of the rights to the garden and residential buildings belonging to them, located on garden land plots, as well as to residential buildings located on land plots located within the boundaries of settlements and intended for individual housing construction and personal subsidiary farming.
At the same time, according to the Federal Law, prior to the specified date, no construction permits or commissioning of such facilities are required.
