4 more districts of the republic made a report on the state of urban planning

The weekly meeting to discuss the state of urban planning documentation in the regions of the republic was opened by the acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov. He thanked the state budgetary institution Spatial data fund for the organization, and the representatives of the districts for participating in the educational program at the Boiling Point site. According to him, this format of the meeting is very useful for the exchange of experience, solving topical issues in working with urban planning documentation.

Representatives of the executive committees of Almetyevsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Mamadyshsky, Cheremshansky districts made a presentation at the meeting. The districts have low indicators in terms of the number of set boundaries of settlements and territorial zones registered in the United state register of real estate. This problem exists mainly due to the lack of investors. But there are also cases of not providing such information even after the approval of general plans and rules for land use and development. The Fund's specialists have repeatedly noted that in accordance with the legislation, after the approval of the documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning, within 5 working days, it is necessary to send descriptions of the location of the borders to the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal cadaster chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also, the representatives of the district executive committees drew the attention of the representatives of the district executive committees to the need to monitor the untimely execution of contracts for the development of draft master plans and rules for land use and development by contractors.
